As dentists we are going to face highs and lows, tough times that challenge us and feel like they may break us. The problem arises when we constantly feel overwhelmed, stressed and unable to cope and motivate ourselves. This is when we need to stop and get real about how we are feeling and start to address where changes can be made.
I suffered from burnout during my career and despite all my best efforts and coping mechanisms there were times I came close to throwing in the towel and walking away from dentistry and life.
So in this show I share how I went form a burnout dentist to one who has fun and how you can make that happen too.
